"I help business families and the leaders of family enterprises effectively manage the important – and often complicated and sensitive – family, business, ownership and financial issues they face. My work with families helps them identify their priority issues by engaging them in frank and honest conversation about their circumstances, resources, responsibilities, challenges and opportunities.
I have worked with many families, including those in severe turmoil, helping them navigate through the conflict that often arises between family and business issues. I bring experience in mediation, facilitation and organizational development to guide conversations, bring clarity to conflict and provide insights and interventions into the dynamics that underlie many family businesses. This process is essential, and it results in stronger relationships within the family and prosperity in the business."
